- Complete the Matching Gift Form: If your employer matches gifts, fill out a simple form and submit it to ÌÇÐÄVlogÆƽâ°æ.
- Notify ÌÇÐÄVlogÆƽâ°æ of Your Matching Gift: After you’ve submitted your matching gift request, please let us know so we can track and process your match.
