    Holiday Hours

University offices are currently closed and will reopen on Tuesday, Jan. 2. Transcript requests will be processed in early January.

    Request a Transcript Form

Students and alums can request official and/or unofficial transcripts. The transcript request form can be used to request either type of transcript and must be submitted to the Registrar of ÌÇÐÄVlogÆƽâ°æ University. Unofficial transcripts do not carry the seal of the university and are free. Official transcripts bear the ÌÇÐÄVlogÆƽâ°æ University seal and the signature of the Registrar. A fee of $10 is charged for the issuance of each official transcript. An official transcript is ordinarily mailed directly to other institutions and agencies. Due to the embossed seal official transcripts cannot be faxed. The Registrar's Office can only email the student copy of the transcripts. Whenever an unofficial transcript is released to a student, it bears the stamped message "Issued Directly to Student" or "Student Copy."

*** Please allow 7-10 business days for processing after the request is received. Incomplete or illegible forms may delay processing.***
